Services
Paksoft provides web hosting, domain registration, and web development services subject to our acceptable use policy.
Billing
Services are billed according to the chosen billing cycle. Overdue accounts may be suspended after a grace period of 3 days.
Refund Policy
30-day money-back guarantee on new hosting accounts. Domains are non-refundable.
Uptime Guarantee
We guarantee 99.9% network uptime. Service credits may be issued for verified downtime exceeding this guarantee.
